Can't Find a Catalog Item on our Website?

Items found in our catalogs are formatted with a special code at the end of each "Item Number" to help us identify which catalog it is from. To search for an item on our website, remove the last 5 characters (typically 2 letter, 3 numbers).

Example:

Catalog Item Number: GH4043GR463

Website Item Number: GH4043

Items from old catalogs may be discontinued and therefore not available on our site.

Item Missing and Backordered Items
 
Item Missing

In most cases a missing item from your shipment means that the product is backordered. 

Contact Us to check the status of your order and to determine the cause of your missing item.

Backordered Items

We are typically stocked with all the items we sell. Occasionally we run out of stock on an item, but expect to be re-stocked at some point in the future. Backordered items will be shipped once they become available.
